Lithium represented at Download Festival 2023!! Kind of...
What a great return to the White Hart in Crawley last month. Always a great crowd and loads of fun had. We had some new songs we played for the first time, 7 in fact and all went down a storm. We had a big shout for an encore and one of the crowd wanted Nirvana. Just so happens we have one of them up our sleeve so we did the classic Smells like teen spirit. Went down pretty good we think :)

We have a 2 gig weekend coming up, one in Bognor and one in Dorking. This will be a lot of fun and looking forward to also debuting 7 new tracks we have been working on. Lets hope for a great weekend as its Pay day weekend and its a Bank Holiday weekend. Could be a blinder. Be there!!!

Sadly due to a struggling scene our Feb gig was cancelled due to the pub pulling live music, a massive shame as this is all set up as a music venue and we were confident we could have put some serious dollar in the tills, but we respect the decision made by the venue. So we know look to April for our next 2 gigs on one weekend! We have April 30th playing at The Hothampton Arms in Bognor and then the next night we are playing the awesome Dorking Westival Charity weekender at The Star in Dorking.
New Songs!!!
We have taken the opportunity to learn new songs in the last 2 months. We have added some classics from Led Zep and Black Sabbath. Some jumpy punky tunes with Blink 182 and The Hives, some funk with some late 80s Red Hot Chilli Peppers and some other gems too that will be revealed real soon. A fresh set is always fun.

So 2022 is here, what is next?
We are hoping that we can have a full year of Lithium action this year. With Covid still looming but gigs and practice still allowed, we are hoping for a busy calendar. First up is the return to The Star in Roffey, Horsham. A great venue we have played in the previous landlords tenure many times. Its had a great refurb so looking forward to the Return. See us there Feb 26th. We also have planned a first visit to play at The Hothampton Arms in Bognor on April 30th. We are Always looking for new opportunities so please let us know if there is a venue you think we should play. We are also hoping to record a new EP this year as well all being well. Watch this space on that. Last Christmas.... So our gig at Christmas at The White Hart was epic to say the least. Amazing crowd, very rowdy and we have a blast. Want to see what happened. We had an absolute blast returning to the stage at The Rec Rooms, massive thanks to Horsham Rocks and The Rec Rooms for having us and to Cheryl Zimmermann for taking great shots once again.
The return of Lithium.... at least in practice. 5 and a half months away and we are back playing again. Missed it more than you know.
Soooo... No need to explain to you that there is a little issue called Covid going on at the moment and therefore we have not a lot going on. Just wanted to say, we will be back, we will ALL be back in the music scene playing LIVE as soon as possible. But for now, please do play our music on Spotify/itunes/Deezer etc etc and listen to the cd and enjoy what we do until the time comes again to enjoy your company at a live venue. We had an amazing time playing at The Crown in Littlehampton for LARS Promotions. Check out some pics below and a cracking review we got from the eve.
We had an absolute blast playing this years Horsham Garden Music Festival. Great day and very much warmly welcomed by the crowd, especially as we played the POP day haha. But the crowd sang along, clapped with us and had a great time. Was really fun. Thanks all.

Recording Studio Booked...
The long awaited album from Lithium looks like being available by mid 2019.
We have booked a day in the studio for new vocals to be recorded in line with the recordings done origionally last year.
February will hopefully see the album ready for pressings and digital release.
We may even be looking to do an EP in the latter stages of 2019 as well. Exiting times ahead.

Gig News!!!...
We have a gig at the New Music Nights in Reigate. Its a small 25 min set but well worth a visit for 4 acts with a bargain £2.50 entry. Nov 2nd See you there, stage time 9:25 pm. Gig News... Sep 24th 2018
Our first gig of a new era is on the South Coast in Worthing on October 12th @ Bar 42. It will be Lithium's first time playing at Bar 42, but Moz has played there many times with his previous band Work In Progress. Its a great event with 3 great bands and its FREE to enter. Perfect. Lithium hit the stage at 20:30 - See you there

A New singer and a new Era....
June 7th 2018.
After Matt decided his time with Lithium should come to an end we sought out a new singer for a new era. We now have found that man and welcome Moz Charles into the Lithium family. Moz has experience with South coast band Work In Progress playing a mix of Rock and Punk with hints of metal and hip hop. Playing a mix of originals and Covers, Moz played with WIP for 4 years and has been looking for a new opportunity since departing a few years back. We welcome Moz to Lithium and look forward to some gig announcements in due course.
